When you receive your new furniture, it is important that you check if the correct items are delivered, as well as for any obvious damage. If everything is as expected, you will be asked to acknowledge receipt of the carrier.
If a product is found to be damaged or defective after unpacking, please contact LIFETIME’S customer service within 2 days of receipt, to ensure we can find a solution for you as quick as possible.
